What you did, for the dream, or fantasy, you wrote down, with the
characters, so you could roleplay, with them; you can do, for anything,
within your everyday life.
You can work through problems, find out what's really going on, in
experiences of your own, or others, etc..
Always be truthful, this is the only way you'll get what you want-
out of this technique. Trust your feelings, listen, to what you
say. Continue with the roleplaying, until you finish up, with
background, in each case.
